Can I send a gift to someone not registered on our platform?
Yes! The recipient gets an email with their unique claim code. If they're not registered, they can sign up and the gift will auto-claim to their account.
Is there a validity period for gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that, they expire.
Can I cancel a gift after sending it?
Once a gift is sent, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the recipient hasn't claimed it within 30 days, it expires and you can contact support.
